• Service may be refused for hazardous sites.

To secure your slot, a 50% advance payment is mandatory. The remaining balance must be settled before unloading at the destination city. We support all major digital payment methods.

• 48h Prior: 100% Refund
• 24-48h Prior: 20% Penalty
• <24h: No Refund of advance

Strictly prohibited items for safety:

We handle your legacy with care. However, liability is limited for minor wear and tear unless **Transit Insurance** is chosen. We recommend our Full Value protection for comprehensive safety.
